A couple of days ago it was a cold autumn dawn. I awake with the sudden thought out of the blue!
"What on earth happened to my order three months ago to Kenya, haven't heard a thing?"
"How many did I promise John O anyway?" I wondered to myself racking my cloudy memory.
A quick WhatsApp message to Thailand politely asked, "J. what happened to restocking Kenya and my order for John (250 units)?"
"Sorry, I have'nt had a chance to tell you Clive, it arrived yesterday."
A God Wink! Of course God would take care of his own work.
John Omani works for a large mission agency and has kindly distributed many many Kulumi Bible players in Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, and Kenya including some camps for displaced refugees.
Some New Testament languages in this recent order: English, Samburu, Rendille, Turkana, Illcamus, Swahili and Kiswahili
Here is a video of a happy gentleman listening to his NT in one of these languages. As is typical in many African oral settings, the last word is repeated by the listener for emphasis. Listen carefully here;
